F&B Systems & Inventory Manager

The F&B Systems & Inventory Manager will optimize store-level inventory management, supply planning workflows, and restaurant system integrations to drive waste reduction and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Restaurant Management System (RMS) inventory modules, stock workflows, and store integration audits.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for stock forecasting, inventory variance tracking, and food waste management.
• Provide data-driven insights on menu costing, yield optimization, and F&B supply chain logistics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or related engineering/analytical disciplines.
• 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in F&B systems, supply chain planning, and store inventory control.
