• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and present professional uniform and appearance.
• Perform front‑of‑house duties such as greeting guests, anticipating service needs, and providing appreciation and farewell.
• Prepare ingredients, portion, chop, and store food; inspect cleanliness of china, glass, and silver before service.
