F&B Service Crew

Job Purpose:

• To serve the guest by standards of food and beverage quality in a gracious and professional manner.
• Display hospitality with both the guests and fellow staff.

Principles Accountablitilies:

• To ensure that guest service is delivered in an efficient and friendly manner.
• To check stations' cleanliness prior to opening and to do all necessary opening/closing duties.
• To use suggestive selling techniques when taking guests' orders.
• To pick up and present food and beverages according to standard service procedures and to bus, clean and reset tables according to standard procedures.
• To operate the Point of Sale terminal correctly and follow all check-closing procedures.

Weekday (Monday - Thursday) : $12 per hour
Weekend (Friday - Sunday) : $15 per hour
