Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory experience in premium casual dining within the UAE.
- Strong, fast-paced command over POS systems such as Micros and table management software like SevenRooms.
- Valid UAE Occupational Health Card and deep understanding of Dubai Municipality food safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily floor operations of a high-volume premium restaurant, managing waitstaff and hostesses.
- Ensure flawless guest service, handling VIP requests and immediately resolving any customer complaints.
- Conduct daily briefings, enforce strict grooming standards, and manage end-of-shift financial cashouts.
