F&B Operations & Events Coordinator

Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an F&B Coordinator to support daily operations across restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. The role ensures smooth communication between kitchen, service and purchasing teams to maintain service excellence.

You will assist in staff scheduling, inventory tracking, and the preparation of weekly performance reports, while updating menus and POS systems as required.
