Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of the outlet’s Policies & Procedures and Service Standards.
• Have full knowledge of the Menu, Beverage lists in the outlet and outdoor catering locations and all other promotions taking place at the Hotel.
• Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage in the hotel and outdoor catering venues.
