Fashion Designer (Women's Wear)

We are looking for a womenswear designer with strong retail experience and a clear understanding of the end-to-end design process - from market research and concept development to range planning, sourcing, and execution. The candidate should be articulate, process-driven, and comfortable coordinating cross-functionally with buying, sourcing, and vendor teams to ensure timely and commercially viable product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct seasonal market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Develop design concepts aligned with brand vision and seasonal direction.
Lead range planning with a strong understanding of price architecture and retail strategy.
Work closely with buying and merchandising teams to ensure commercial relevance.
Coordinate with sourcing teams and vendors for fabric, trims, and product development.
