Responsibilities
- Be responsible for new product sourcing and development for the Southeast Asia women's wear team.
- In accordance with annual, quarterly and monthly merchandise plans and sales targets, formulate and execute product development and new arrival schedules by combining current market conditions and historical data.
- Arrange work across all product segments, monitor and analyze category sales, continuously optimize product selection and enhance market competitiveness.
- Keep a close eye on market trends and apply insights to product sourcing and development.
Qualifications
- Familiar with the Southeast Asian market and possess strong market analysis capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Clothing Design/Fashion Design is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a buyer or merchandise operation specialist.
