Farm Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor animal health.
• Identify and treat sick animals promptly.
• Diagnose diseases or abnormalities through physical and behavioral observation.
• Track mortality and morbidity rates and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee vaccination programs in line with established protocols.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs in the Wean-to-Finish process.
• Plan and manage staff schedules to meet manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with the Farm Manager on operational concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned on a temporary basis.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science or related fields.
• With at least 7-8 years of experience in a swine farm handling managerial role.
• Willing to stay-in the farm premises at Argao/ Pinamungajan
