Farm Admin Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in Residence Hall, Mess Hall, and farm facilities

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and improvements

• Assist visitors with food and lodging arrangements

• Manage food budget, snacks availability, and weekly menu review

• Prepare budgets, track inventory, and submit weekly reports

• Supervise Residence Hall operations and hold team meetings

• Oversee Farm Canteen (inventory, stocking, sales control)

• Support Farm Managers in implementing company policies

• Suggest improvements to admin services and farm production

• Perform other assigned tasks as needed



QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.

• 2-3 years of experience as an admin supervisor.

• Experience in administrative, facility management, or operations support.

• Basic accounting and financial monitoring skills.
