Job Description

The Revenue Manger is responsible for proactively identifying and maximizing the revenue that the hotel brings in on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis and overseeing the staff and operations of the Reservations Department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily room inventory management process and pricing process.
• Analyzing competitor rates and strategies to the local market and creating an action plan for Fantasyland Hotel and West Edmonton Mall Inn.
• Providing guidance and direction to the staff of the in-house Reservations Department while overseeing all management related functions for the team, including but not limited to hiring, training, performance management and team building activities.
• Monitoring fluctuations in occupancy levels and troubleshooting when there is a decrease in vacancy.
