• Schedule: Monday-Friday business hours
• Setting: 100% outpatient
• Patient population: all ages

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in alignment with clinical standards and practice guidelines
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
• Promote health, wellness, and disease prevention through patient education and counseling
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Collaborate with the care team on screenings, health promotion, special projects, and committee work

Qualifications:
