- Inpatient, Outpatient or both: Clinic only
- Target start date and Length of need: November 1, 2026
- Locums Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5
- Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities: Possible rotate call with 4 other providers
- Type of patients / cases / procedures required: family care Patient Encounters per shift: 8-12
- Available support staff: 1 MA per provider
- Certifications required (Board Certification/Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.): BC
- Will you accept licensure candidates (IMLC or standard process): Active license or IMLC
- Minimum candidate commitment to consider: 2 month
