**Family Nurse Practitioner (PRN) – Paragon Infusion Centers**
**Location:** Katy, TX - 21927 Clay Road
**Clinic Hours:** Monday – Friday; 8am – 4pm
**Schedule:** PRN
**On-site:** This role requires associates to work from the posted location full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. This policy promotes an environment built on in-person interaction, communication, and immediate support.
