opportunity with Yoh's Primary Care clinic located in Hammond, IN . This position requires the following:

• Active Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
• State-specific Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration
• Current DEA registration

Schedule:
Tues & Wed: 9a-7p, Thurs & Fri: 6a-4p
Duration:
7/13-12/31 with possible extension or direct placement
Pay: $62-76/hr DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
