A single-family office is looking for one person to hold the full picture of a private family's affairs, across banking, healthcare, property, travel, and immigration.

This is a coordination role with genuine authority, not a task-execution role. You'll report directly to the Principal. No institutional layers, no committee approvals.

What you’ll own:

Banking & Personal Finance

• Full picture of the family's banking across multiple jurisdictions, accounts, cards, RM contacts, and KYC deadlines
• Evaluate banking proposals independently, identify misalignments before they reach the principal
• Track personal insurance across health, life, property, vehicles, and watercraft
• Coordinate personal tax compliance with external advisors, own the process, not the advice
