Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Clerk to join our Family Law practice. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in family law.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft sworn Form 13 and 13.1 Financial Statements and Statements of Net Worth.
• Prepare court documents, including affidavits, pleadings, orders, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage court attendances and filings.
