This course is designed to provide comprehensive insights into mathematics education for grades K to 6. With a focus on social-emotional learning and Ontario’s mathematics curriculum, educators will navigate research-supported teaching methodologies. The instructor will also work collaboratively with course leadership to ensure alignment and consistency across the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate lectures exploring mathematics education methodologies
• Create lesson plans centered on inclusive practices
• Provide assessments and feedback aligned with curriculum
• Coordinate with course leads for standardized teaching
