Responsibility

Risk and Opportunity Manager responsible for managing risk and opportunities relevant to the accountable Manager’s business, covering the entire business context, operational work, and executed processes.

Duties

• Act in the spirit of the Airbus Group Policy CDS-009 ‘Enterprise Risk Management’.
• Establish the context and prepare the ROM plan.
• Schedule, initiate, manage with ROM stakeholders and execute ROM process activities (according to Figure1).
• Clarify accountabilities, especially the R/O owner and R/O response action owner.
• Promote an anticipation and ROM‑oriented mindset.
• Follow up on the successful execution of risk treatment actions.
