Manage risk and opportunities relevant to the accountable Manager’s business, covering the whole context including operations and executed processes.

Duties of a Risk and Opportunity Manager

• Act in the spirit of the Airbus Group Policy CDS-009 'Enterprise Risk Management' and perform the following activities:
• • Establish the context and prepare the ROM plan.
  • Schedule, initiate, manage with ROM stakeholders and execute ROM process activities (according to Figure 1).
  • Clarify accountabilities (especially: R/O owner, R/O response action owner).
  • Promote an anticipation and ROM-oriented mind-set.
  • Close follow-up of successful execution of risk treatment actions.
