Fair Conduct & TCF Compliance Leader

Rabobank New Zealand is seeking an experienced compliance leader to steer Fair Conduct and Treating Clients Fairly (TCF) across our NZ operations. You will lead a robust second‑line framework, advise on risk, and coordinate governance with executives and Boards to ensure fair outcomes for clients.

Ideally you bring 8+ years in banking/regulatory roles, deep conduct risk knowledge, and strong stakeholder partnerships.
