Failure Analysis Technician

Operate various tester platforms and perform testing in accordance with SOPs, RFCs, macros, and operation dashboards.

Conduct basic debugging activities and maintenance procedures on testing equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operation.

Perform visual inspection (naked eye) on units to detect any obvious defects prior to testing.

Monitor testing activities and ensure achievement of operational targets such as throughput time (TPT) and volume.

Identify and raise sightings for any issues that interrupt or delay testing, impacting time, cost, or manpower (Escalate critical issues immediately when operations are at risk of downtime).

Accurately document and report issues to support root cause investigation.

Maintain accurate daily shift logs to report testing status and activities.

Ensure proper handover of tasks, units, and status between shifts.
