Your Responsibilities

As a Factory Planning Engineer, you will help shape the future of the entire ASML Berlin site with foresight and a pragmatic approach. You will combine technical knowhow of equipment, processes, and space requirements with project management skills and take responsibility for facility and space planning. Your interfaces include Operations, Engineering, and Corporate Real Estate.
Your mission: to optimally design manufacturing and laboratory areas.
