The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in managing workplace health programmes, conducting employee medical examinations, and administering treatments within manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience should include: Proven ability to operate within multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with medical specialists and internal management. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, occupational safety standards, and relevant statutory compliance such as the Factories Act and ISO/OHSAS systems. Expertise in maintaining medical records and managing employee health data confidentially and systematically.
