Position-Factory Manager
Location-Umergaon, Gujarat
Experience-12–18 Years (5+ years leading a garment factory)
Industry Preference- Ethnic Wear / Apparel Manufacturing
Salary-Upto 80 K
Position Summary
The Factory Manager is the overall leader of the manufacturing unit and is accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and People. The role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time, at the required quality and planned profitability while building a disciplined, continuously improving factory culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end factory operations including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Quality, PPC, Warehouse, Maintenance and Dispatch.
Own factory production planning and on-time execution of customer orders.
Drive line efficiency, productivity and capacity utilisation.
Ensure Right First Time quality and reduce DHU, rework and rejection.
