Shori Trends is a knitwear and innerwear manufacturer running 15 sewing lines, producing underwear and sportswear for domestic and international buyers. We're looking for a hands-on Factory Manager to own end-to-end production and delivery.
⭐ Must-Have: Deep hands-on experience working with MMF, Polyester, and Nylon Spandex fabrics. This is non-negotiable — you should know how these synthetic and stretch fabrics behave through cutting, sewing, and finishing, and how to hold quality and efficiency while running them at scale.
🔧 The Role
You'll own the complete production cycle — from fabric and raw material in-house through to timely, on-plan dispatch of finished goods. Planning, throughput, quality, and delivery all sit with you.
