The opportunity
Hitachi Energy is looking for a Factory ITM Manager to join our Transformers team in Sharkia, Cairo. In this role, you will Implement the ITM strategy at the factory level by developing and executing a factory CI roadmap. Lead CI projects, ensure compliance with governance standards, and drive performance management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, coach employees on Lean and Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methods and manage the factory ITM team to deliver measurable business impact across the extended Factory Value Chain.

How you’ll make an impact

ITM strategy and roadmap: Implement the BU and HUB ITM strategy at the factory level by developing and executing a factory-specific CI roadmap.
