Factory Head

Job Description:

Avanceon is a leading provider of Industrial Automation solutions, committed to delivering high-quality engineering services and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Head to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage assembly of automation systems, wellhead control panels and chemical injection skids
2. Ensure all work executed in Avanceon factories or E&I installation/integration executed in sub-vendor/contractor facilities meets or exceeds quality and safety requirements
3. Estimate 3rd party / contract labour hours and secure PO through PMT for each prior to commencement of work, strict adherence to “No PO, No Service” policy
4. Ensure all work is executed strictly within manhours agreed with PMT in accordance with Approved/Issued for Construction/Manufacturing/Fabrication drawings/design
