Factory Engineer

Job Title: Engineering Manager

Lead the engineering processes to ensure that the organisation meets customer needs while maintaining safety standards and achieving operational excellence targets. This role is responsible for the following:

• Repair, maintenance, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, systems, instrumentation, utilities, and site facilities
• General machinery regulations compliance
• Site security and cleaning

Key Accountabilities and Outputs:

• Lead the various engineering teams
• Develop and execute a proactive maintenance and repair program
• Lead and manage engineering projects
• Ensure OEM standards are adhered to on all machinery
• Monitor energy usage
• Implement programs to continuously reduce energy load and consumption
