Facility Shift Manager, Malaysia

Position Overview

We are looking for a Facility Shift Manager for our Malaysia data center campus. The role is onsite, not remote, and involves leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers to maintain high uptime and efficient operation of critical data center infrastructure.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate work efforts and tasks to ensure seamless operations on shift and between all shifts.
• Act as the primary escalation point for on‑shift CFEs.
• Assign tasking to on‑shift CFEs.
• Drive high‑level tasks and projects to completion.
• Support, create, and review MOP/SOP/EOPs for critical work‑effort evolutions.
• Work under limited supervision, both independently and within a team environment.
• Manage multiple one‑time and/or ongoing projects.
• Respond to safety and emergency situations and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
