Summary The incumbent serves as the Facility Operations Specialist for the Facilities Management Service, Maintenance Sustainment Unit (MSU), coordinating and directing maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety and accreditation standards, managing work orders and inspections, and supporting efficient operations across the Loma Linda VA Medical Center. Responsibilities Duties for the Facility Operations Specialist include but not limited to: Coordinate and direct work performed by various trades and labor employees across the Loma Linda VA Medical Center. Perform administrative work involving maintenance of buildings, grounds, roads, structures, and surrounding areas.
