Management/Personnel1. Provide successful leadership techniques and guidance to call center personnel.2. Supervise, hire, train, evaluate, counsel, and when necessary terminate call center personnel.3. Ensure proper policies and procedures are followed for dispatching work orders to the Maintenance Technicians.4. Resolve resident issues when necessary to ensure quality customer service.
