Facility Management Systems Specialist

Summary This position located in Crater Lake National Park, in the Facility Management Division. The purpose of this position is to serve as the Facility Management Systems Specialist with primary responsibility for the Facility Management Software System (FMSS). Responsibilities The major duties of the Facility Management Systems Specialist position include, but are not limited to, the following: Determine the condition of park assets through annual, comprehensive, parametric, and lifecycle assessments and prepare cost estimates to support facility maintenance and project decisions. Prepare statements of work and serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), overseeing contractor progress, quality, and compliance with contract specifications Build, maintain, and report facility project and asset data using the Facility Management Software System (FMSS), the Cost Estimating Software System (CESS), and related park systems.
