Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery to users at all times.
- Lead and supervise staff to maintain service standards in line with contract terms and company expectations.
- Manage and train staff to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for quality control, cost management, and personnel performance, in line with best management practices.
- Ensure the timely completion of all scheduled tasks according to required standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
