Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operation of Cleansing, Healthcare Waste Management, Linen & Laundry and Sustainable Program (3R) services as per Concession Agreement, Project Operation Guideline (POG), Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to meet service delivery expectations. Execute continuous improvement process by implementing LEAN activity, technology and innovation program for service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage all services to comply with Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) practices and procedures in accordance to related Acts and Regulations and meet company targets.
• Lead and responsible for the compliance of ISO and OHSAS certifications, Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) Accreditation and other standard and requirement set by Minis...
