Facility Design & Development Project Manager

Job Summary:

Facility Design and Development (referred to as D&D) is a critical component of the services Exos delivers. Reporting to the Director of Facility Experience, this position is dedicated to supporting one of Exos’ strategic client partnerships. The Project Manager will own the day-to-day project management and execution of First Day of Business (FDOB), space planning, and equipment refresh projects across our client portfolio.

This role serves as the operational engine of the Facility Experience team, managing tactical logistics, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting regional operations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate
is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively balance tactical execution with strategic communication.
