Facilities Training Lead – Soft Services & Housekeeping

KEOLIS Group in Dubai is seeking a Training Manager to develop and coordinate comprehensive training for the Facilities and Cleaning departments. You will oversee initial and refresher programs, create competency matrices, and ensure alignment with safety and operational standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of FM/Housekeeping training experience, a relevant degree, and certification in training or safety standards.
