Are you a reliable, hands-on maintenance professional with 5+ years of commercial building experience?

We're seeking a Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician for our client, to support the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of critical building systems in a commercial office environment.

**Qualified candidates will have experience with:**

+ HVAC systems
+ Boilers
+ Refrigeration equipment
+ Pumps & compressors
+ Gas and water systems
+ Energy Management Systems (EMS/BMS)

You'll also interact with tenants, so strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

**Pay:**

+ $35/hr – Meets core qualifications
