Facilities Supervisor

TaskUs is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to support the Facilities Manager in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring quality standards and a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians, cleaning crews, and other facilities personnel.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of facilities staff.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure within the facility.
• Identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency, sustainability, and space utilization.
• Serve as liaison between the facilities team and other operational or administrative departments.
• Track departmental budgets for tools, materials, equipment, and services.
