About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of our care centre's physical environment. This role is key to ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility's physical plant, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and life safety systems.
• Lead and supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all systems and equipment.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including repairs, inspections, and waste services.
