Facilities & Soft Services Supervisor

Sobha Group in Dubai seeks an experienced facilities manager to oversee housekeeping and soft services, manage outsourced contracts, and ensure smooth operation of buildings.

You will train and multi-skill teams, drive continuous improvement, ensure CAFM data is current, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers while delivering monthly reports. This role requires managerial FM experience and a hands-on approach to service delivery.
