Job Overview

Summary/Objective
The Facilities Representative is responsible for planning, directing, and maintaining building maintenance and services, as well as the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership.

Essential Functions

Inspects structure of building and determines if repairs are needed

Ensures roofs, boilers, and elevators have updated inspections

Oversees grounds keeping

Maintains, disposes of, or relocates office equipment and furniture

Ensures beverage and refreshment stands are maintained and manages service repairs with the vendor

Develops solutions to difficult problems, manages outside contractors, and is on call for emergencies

Performs environmental hazard management/planning and remediation

Maintains a professional relationship with all company person...
