Facilities Project Manager

Role Summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a hands‑on Facilities Manager to ensure our office footprints and flexible work spaces are running smoothly, and to build the foundation for our office architecture as we scale. The Facilities Manager will play a key role in helping Rowan scale by building office systems, planning for future growth, driving physical workplace strategy, and ensuring our in‑office employee experience is top notch. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience driving facilities management in a high‑growth startup environment. This role will own day‑to‑day office and flex space operations and build‑out, vendor relationships, space planning, technology coordination, and asset management across Rowan’s offices in Denver (HQ), Seattle and other emerging areas, and will drive the strategic decisions that ensure our office environment remains a central part of Rowan’s success.
