Facilities Planner (Asset Lifecycle Planner)

The City of Littleton Public Works Facilities Management (FM) team is hiring a proactive Facilities Planner to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of city owned building assets and infrastructure. In this role, you will collaboratively lead the development of high-level building master planning, the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives for a diverse, historic portfolio, providing analysis and recommendations for all building systems from assessment to execution, closeout, and documentation.

The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge the gap between engineering, facilities maintenance, project management, and long-term capital planning.
