Facilities Operations Specialist

This Facilities Operations Specialist opportunity is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a fully in-office schedule. Their hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm daily.
Responsibilities:

• Facilities and mailroom management including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
• Ensuring accurate and timely shipping and receiving of packages
• Managing office inventory and ordering office supplies
• Scheduling for the department
• Organizing storage areas and assisting with moving packages, supplies, and office furniture
• Assisting with event setup and teardown
