to join our security management team. You will be responsible for the daily operations, and upkeep of our condominium common facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all residents. Key Responsibilities
Daily Site Inspections:
Conduct daily inspections of all common areas, including swimming pools, gym, function rooms, BBQ pits, clubhouse and landscaping to identify defects or maintenance issues. Preventive Maintenance:
Monitor and supervise contractor performance to ensure regular maintenance of M&E services in clubhouse. Resident Liaison:
Attend to feedback, enquiries, and complaints from residents professionally and promptly. Vendor Management:
