Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and solutions-driven Facilities Manager to oversee the hard and soft services, planned preventative maintenance, and day-to-day operations of a large, high-profile mixed-use development in Tallaght, Dublin 24.

The estate comprises residential apartments, commercial units, and public carparks, supported by dedicated Residential and Commercial Managers. This role is central to ensuring the complex is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating at an exceptional standard. This is an onsite role.

Buildings Management

• Ensure full compliance with all statutory, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and extend asset life.
• Coordinate repairs, installations, and upgrade works across all areas of the estate.
