Facilities Management Specialist

Position: AGM / DGM – Facility Management & CRM

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: BE (Electrical) / BHM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end facility management operations across large residential/commercial projects.
• Manage engineering, soft services, security, parking, pest control, landscaping, and vendor performance.
• Drive SLA/KPI compliance, preventive maintenance, budgeting, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Handle customer handovers, inspections, defect rectification, and post-possession support.
• Build strong client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee CAM collection, project coordination, procurement, audits, and cost optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop facility management teams while driving operational excellence.
