Facilities Management (FM) Engineer

Operations & Maintenance

• Manage day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of facilities to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Monitor performance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules are implemented and completed efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise corrective and reactive maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and improvement opportunities.

Asset Management

• Maintain accurate records of facility assets and equipment.
• Monitor asset performance and recommend replacement or refurbishment strategies.
• Ensure proper lifecycle management of building assets.

Contractor & Vendor Management

• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. <...
