Job Summary

:

Responsible for performing building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (., carpentry; painting, electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, . Supports all equipment moves and installations including utilities such as electric, air, vacuum, water, drains, etc.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Performs electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures, pumps (., wall switches, outlets, led lighting and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballasts, sockets, fuses, cords, using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools.
  • Acts as a Company liaison with outside contractors & Vendors that are on site to preform repairs or services to maintain all Facilities related equipment. Also contacts outside vendors and contractors when specialty services are required to perform those types of repairs.
